1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all product sales and related services offered by the azmile online store (azmile.com). By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that all product information on this website (including descriptions, specifications, prices, and images) is accurate. However, due to differences in screen displays, actual product colors may vary slightly from the images shown. If any product information is found to be incorrect, azmile reserves the right to make corrections.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout.

3. Orders and Payment

Once you have completed the checkout process, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been placed. This website accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (processed securely via Stripe)
  • PayPal

If payment is not completed within the required time, the order will be automatically canceled. azmile reserves the right to cancel any order due to system errors or pricing errors; if payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders over $50 USD qualify for free shipping; a flat shipping fee applies to orders below that amount, calculated at checkout. After your payment is confirmed, orders are typically delivered within 7–12 business days (excluding pre-order and made-to-order items).

Once your order has shipped, we will email you tracking information. If a delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you proactively and help resolve the issue.

5. Returns and Exchanges

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in new condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, free gifts, and manuals must be intact
  • Please include the original packing slip or receipt

If an item is defective or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange an exchange or refund for you. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged through misuse
  • Opened personal care or hygiene products
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Custom or made-to-order items

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, trademarks, product designs, and site architecture, is owned by Mordeco, LLC or used under valid license, and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. No content may be reproduced, republished, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

azmile strives to provide reliable website service but does not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, always up to date, or error-free. azmile is not liable for any service interruptions or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, system maintenance, or third-party service outages).
