Returns & exchanges

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To qualify, items must be:

• Unused, unassembled, and in new condition
• In their original packaging, with accessories, free gifts, and manuals intact

• Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged through misuse
• Opened personal care or hygiene products
• Items returned after the 30-day return window
• Custom or made-to-order items

Email service@mordeco.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, include a photo — we'll arrange an exchange or refund for you.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, back to your original payment method.
